SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Shipping costs are generated during checkout and shipping costs are based on the weight and size of package and are set by the relevant carrier directly.

 

At present South Downs Clay does not have facilities to ship very large heavy items so this service is not offered within the web store.

On request we can offer a quotation for delivery of clay or other heavy items. These will be price on application (POA) on an individual basis by a carrier of our choosing. Please contact us by phone, email or social media to discuss.

 

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Please ensure you select the correct postage option to include insurance (Signed for) if this is a concern.
